In line with tradition of top of the line law schools around the world, Fundação Getúlio Vargas, in São Paulo, is promoting a juridical competition on themes related to Corporate Crime. Students between the second and fifth period may participate with an aim to enhance their skills and knowledge in this growing field of practice. Specialized firms were invited to participate, coaching one team. FeldesnMaduga accepted the challenge fully aligned to our commitment to promoting academic projects that contribute with development of future professionals in our main fields of practice.
The firm will provide coaching through our associate and FGV-SP alumni, Felipe Gonçalves (far right on the picture), throughout the whole competition, that ends in December. Judges and Federal Prosecutors will also participate in the simulations of real life cases, acting as themselves. The cases were written by FGV faculty to include the most complex and pressing issues of corporate crime today. The aim of the university is to promote, next year, a national competition, open to participation of students and firms from all over Brazil. Good luck to our team: Julia Piazza Monteiro, Juliana Rodrigues Mauro and Rodolfo Rodrigues.
